However, there have been hundreds of muscle building programs that have come along over the years that later all proved to be rip-offs and outright scams. Perhaps you're old enough to remember those Cybergenics kits, the Hot Stuff protein powder, or the supplement HMB - the stuff none other that Bill Philips said "feels like deca" when in fact, it did absolutely nothing.

So there's a long history of bodybuilding programs that over promised and under delivered and were complete scams. Yet every now and then, there are good programs that do come along.
