Bodybuilders, all shoot for that chiseled, muscular, enviable physique. After all, nobody wants to spend hours in the gym each week, only to look like some fat dude with a few muscles. The average person who’s looking to use Clenbuterol, Ketotifen and T3 together hasn’t actually reached a true plateau. Hell, they’d probably reach their goal of losing weight quicker if they simply tweak their diet a little. So if you haven’t put enough research and work into your diet and training habits, then don’t look at this fat-burning stack – or any other – until you’ve exhausted the basics first.
That said, Clen, Ketotifen and T3 are not to be taken lightly. So if you’ve been training and dieting for years, and hopefully have some AAS knowledge, then this stack might be the one to push you to your ideal physique.
Now, on to the Stack
I’ll avoid any drawn-out profiles on these drugs since you can get this information anywhere. But it’s worth quickly going over how they work in synergy to burn off fat.
Clenbuterol – Originally designed to treat respiratory problems, Clen also increases metabolic activity by stimulating Beta-2 receptors. The result is that your core body temperature and heart rate both rise, thus enabling you to burn more body fat. The one big problem, though, is that using Clen alone past 3 weeks can be dangerous, so Ketotifen becomes important here.
Ketotifen – This H-1 antihistimine upregulates beta receptors, including the Beta-2 receptors that Clenbuterol saturates. By introducing Ketotifien into this cycle, you clean out the Beta-2 receptors and allow yourself to safely use Clen for a longer time period.
T3 (Cytomel) – This drug stimulates your thyroid and increases your metabolic rate, leading to more fat loss and possibly more growth hormone production.
Some professional bodybuilders and fitness models may shoot for a 12-week cycle, but for most athletes, 9 weeks should be enough – especially with the trickiness in using Ketotifen to extend your Clenbuterol usage. Below you’ll find some advice to consider before taking these drugs, along with sample dosing requirements.
Clenbuterol: First-time users need to gradually work their way up to a normal dosage, which is between 80-140mcg for the average man. However, a good starting point is 20-40mcg for the first two days of your cycle, 40-80mcg for the next two days, and 80-140mcg from that point on. Upon first using Clen, you’ll sweat more often and your hands will shake, but this should pass after a few days of usage.
T3: Because this drug messes with your thyroid, it’s even more important that you gradually dose it in the beginning. 20-40mcg is good for the first two days, followed by 40-80mcg for another two days, then 80-100mcg for the rest of the three-week intervals. Also, pay special attention to the three-week break below when using this because it’s very catabolic.
9-Week Sample Cycle
Weeks 1-6: Take Clenbuterol every day in the morning.
Weeks 2-6: Take Ketotifen every day before going to sleep (it makes you tired).
Weeks 1-3 and 7-9: Take T3 Cytomel every day
Ending Clen and T3 Cycles: When you near the end of Week 6 for Clen, and reach the end of both Week 3’s for T3, you need to taper off these drugs. In other words, simply reverse what you did for both drugs; 40-80mcg for two days and 20-40 mcgs for the final two days.
Obviously everybody is affected differently by certain drugs, so you should adjust the dosages as needed. But this is a solid cycle to get you off to a good fat-burning start with Clen/Ketotifen/T3.
